To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit will be required and is held until 90 days before your arrival, with the remaining balance due by that time. Failure to pay the full amount by then will result in the loss of your deposit. For cancellations made more than 90 days in advance, 20% of the booking rate will be forfeited, while cancellations within 90 days will forfeit 50% of the total rental cost. Please note that bookings during Christmas and New Year’s are non-refundable.
